EUR 70 final cleaning, EUR 1000 deposit (if the stay extends a month).
Method of payment:
50% deposit of the lodging costs by bank transfer. Account details will be sent with reservation confirmation. Remaining payment, by bank transfer - no later than 7 days before arrival. The apartments are available from 2:30 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9 am on the day of departure.
Cancellation fees:
For cancellations up to 3 months in advance - no cancellation fee (deposit will be refunded). 40% - if canceled 1 month in advance, 70% - if canceled 1 week in advance, 90% - in case of cancellation 1 day before planned and booked arrival.
